Dato’ Rusmani Bin Abd Sukur
Dato’ Rusmani bin Abd Sukur comes from an illustrious career of more than 30 years in Malaysia’s Customs Department. He now applies his knowledge and expertise of strategic management and business planning to multiple successful ventures.
Throughout his tenure in the Malaysian Customs Department, he realised that he was in a position to help the wellbeing and welfare of countless people. The responsibilities inspired him to continue providing people with safety and protection.
Jagdev Singh Mallhi
Jagdev Singh Mallhi plays a hands-on role in the company’s development and direction. His role in the company sees him analysing the overall business structure and building lasting solutions to ensure business survival and growth.
Prior to Ultreum Security, Jagdev worked in several companies within the security industry, gaining a strong understanding of the industry. Through this experience, he cultivated a deep technical background in business analytics and project management. He brings this over to Ultreum Security to establish and maintain market positioning of the company.
Jagdev is involved in the development of quality business strategies to ensure their alignment with short term and long-term objectives of the business. He oversees and works closely with the team on daily operations.
His passion for operating, organizing and communicating has been the driving force behind successful roles in both executive leadership and business ownership over the years. He continues to immerse in the industry as he believes that enhancing his knowledge is key to expanding the possibilities of the business.
Solahuddin Olive bin Matthew San
Solahuddin Olive bin Matthew San has seven years of experience in the petroleum, petrochemicals, and gas processing construction. Solahuddin focuses primarily on quality control and quality assurance activities, management, and coordination.
His experience in the industry has contributed to an understanding concerning security and safety procedure through his involvement in several key projects throughout his years of service.
Solahuddin saw an opportunity to create a clear directive on the application of risk mitigation for various industries.
Solahuddin realised that tight security and safety regulations in the oil and gas industry were key factors for the successful delivery of projects. The sense of security provided companies with more headspace to thrive. He found that these industries were succeeding through implementing quality security and safety strategies.
He believes that good trust, support and direction are the basic building blocks towards building an esteemed organization. Solahuddin places importance in proper resource planning and distribution, a practise he made into a habit from his work in the oil and gas industry.
